In West New York, A Woman Was Stabbed To Death

The Hudson County Attorney ’s Office announced on Tuesday that a “person of interest” has been detained by police at Hackensack the University Medical Center in connection with the stabbing death of a 24-year-old woman found in West Nyc early Tuesday morning.

Reports of an accident victim were made to the West Nypd at 5:54 a.m. Tuesday morning at 4914 Murphy Place, they added.

The prosecutor’s office reported that responding cops discovered a lady who was “lifeless” from an apparent stab wound. At 6:31 a.m., she was officially declared dead at the site.

The prosecutor’s office indicated that they have a person of interest in detention at Hackensack University’s Medical Center, but they would not comment further.

Prosecutors have stated that their investigation indicates domestic violence was likely the cause of the incident.

Because they haven’t notified the victim’s family yet, the police are withholding the name of the deceased.

There Has Been The County’s Fourth Domestic Violence Incident Recently

Two weeks earlier, a Jersey City educator was shot and killed in an unconnected incidence of domestic violence in Hudson County. A mother and an 11-year-old child were reportedly stabbed in the same city the week prior.

Within the same week, a woman was found dead from apparent stabbing wounds in Harrison, and her son got arrested on murder charges.

The West New York State Police and the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit are looking into the stabbing that occurred on Tuesday.

Money is being invested at a breakneck pace.

On Tuesday, February 7, a woman was found dead from stab wounds, and investigators in Hudson County are currently probing the case.

After receiving a report of an ill people at 4914 Murph Place at at 5:54 a.m., West York City Police responded.

At 6:31 a.m., according to police, officers who responded to a stabbing call found the corpse of the a 24-year-old woman who had been declared dead at the scene.

The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.

Authorities said they can’t release the victim’s name until they’ve contacted her family members.

Hackensack University Health Clinic currently has possession of a suspect.

Domestic abuse has been suspected in this case, however at this time there is no more information available.

Authorities in Hudson County, New Jersey, have stated that on Tuesday, Jan 31, 2019, Noe Ventura-Amaya, 20, from West Nyc, was arrested by the Special Victims Unit of the Hudson District Prosecutor’s Office on charges of sexual assault on a minor.

Reports indicate that the complainant was between the ages of 12 and 14 when the offences were committed on separate occasions in 2021 and 2022. The accused and the victim are reportedly acquainted, according to the authorities.

Aggravated Sexual Assault (a first degree felony), Sexual Assault besides Contact (a second degree felony), Sexual Assault (a third degree felony), Criminal Sexual Contact (a fourth degree felony), Aggravated Assault (a third degree felony), Endangering the the well-being of a child (a third degree felony), and Risking the Child’s welfare (a third degree felony) are all charges brought against Ventura-Amaya.

The police say he was taken into custody at his West New York home and taken to the Bergen County Correctional Center before his initial court appearance.

A Similar Set Of Photographs Was Posted Online Two Weeks Ago

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Computer crime against children Task Force, which investigates the distribution of pornographic material involving minors, said on January 18 that they had detained a man from West New York in connection with an investigation into such material.

Officials say that 31-year-old Joseph Suarez has been charged with three counts of negatively affecting the welfare of a child: first-degree endangering the a child’s well-being by fostering child sex abuse material; second-degree putting at risk the welfare of a child by distributing child sex abuse material; and second-degree endangering the a child’s welfare by possessing sex images of minors.

He was taken into custody by law enforcement at the Hudson District Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus, and he will remain there until his initial court appearance.

The Internet Child Exploitation Task Force of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office learned on January 10 that child sex abuse content was being made and disseminated on the messaging app Discord.

The inquiry found that Joseph Suarez had contacted a kid, then 13, in another state and asked him to send in photos and recordings of him engaging in sexual acts with a girl, then 4.

Over a thousand files containing sexually explicit images of children were found during a search of Joseph Suarez’s home that had been allowed by a judge.
