Black Bullet 2: Here’s Everything We Know About Season 2!

For a long time, viewers have been fixated with Burakku Buretto, a post-apocalyptic combat anime TV series based on a series of light novels with the same name. Light book series written by Shiden Kanzaki and drawn by Saki Ukai, released on July 10, 2011.

Right away, it was turned into a manga series, the first volume of which was released on August 27, 2012. Season 1 of the anime television series Black Bullet premiered on April 8, 2014, much to the delight of the show’s many fans who had been waiting for some time since the manga translation.

It’s been approximately eight decades since the very first season premiered, but that hasn’t stopped fans from waiting for the second. As much as they enjoyed the first series of Black Bullet, fans of the manga and light novel are still holding out hope for more.

Let’s take a stab at speculating on the odds to see if it’s worth holding out for a sequel. Just in case you were wondering, here’s everything we’ve uncovered thus far.

Can You Tell Me If Season 2 Of Black Bullet Has Been Ordered?

The second season of Black Bullet has yet to be ordered, and the show may never come back. Since the author has not produced any new books in the series in almost seven years, it’s safe to assume that the program was not financially successful.

There were 2400 copies of the first season’s Blu-ray released, and each book of the light novels used to sell over 30,000 copies. I would not really hold my breath waiting for a new series with all of these red flags. Explain the Plot of “Black Bullet.”

The events of the anime series take place in a near future where humanity has been devastated by an epidemic of the Gastrea virus. As a result, most humans have nowhere to go besides the Monolith barriers, the only real protection from the Varanium-based Gastrea.

Children who are born with such a genome of the Gasteria virus have extraordinary skills, leading to the moniker “Cursed Children.” Despite the walls’ protection, no one has been able to avoid the pandemic. Strangely, the virus mainly affects female children.

The government has decided to unite the cursed children, known as Initiators, with the normal children, known as Promoters, who should follow them in order to protect the people and destroy Gastrea.

The resulting teams of two are known as Civil Securities, and they have the strength to fight against Gastrea. In this tale, we follow Initiator Enju Aihara and Promoter Satomi Rentaro as they go on a mission to halt the global spread of the Gastrea virus and save their homeland of Tokyo.

Date Of Season Two Of Black Bullet’s Release

There is no buzzer since a second season of Black Bullet has never been confirmed, cancelled, or announced, and there will never be a release date stated because there will never be a second season revealed.

Without a doubt, the producers of this anime sequels will never announce a new season or set a date for its broadcast.

There are just too many obstacles in the way of this series getting any more anime adaptations. Even the Twitter & official website haven’t been updated in the last six years.

Any time the Black Bullet main Twitter account announces any new Black Bullet anime projects or a release date, we will be sure to update this site. The first four volumes of the light novel were adapted into the Black Bullet anime, so if you’ve given up the expectation that a new season will be made, you can start reading the novel at volume 5.

Is Season 2 Of Black Bullet In The Works?

There will be no Season 2 of Black Bullet. There was an anime adaptation of Black Bullet, but sadly it did not do well at the box office. This anime never intended to have a second season for that reason. The most significant difficulty is that the writer has stopped working on this series. The Black Bullet series has not had a new volume release in over seven years.

Unfortunately, the Black Bullet anime was a financial loss.

A low 80 pieces of products and a small nine-figure budget mean that the median amount of Blu-Ray sales for this series is about 2,400, which is below average for 2014. Traditional sales of the light novel averaged just about 30,000 copies per volume.

The primary issue, though, is that development on the Black Bullet light novel been halted, as was previously mentioned.

Since the last book was published in 2014 as well as the author hasn’t mentioned anything, I’d call it abandoned, though the nicer way to describe it is that it’s on a pretty lengthy sabbatical. Because of this, Season 2 of Black Bullet will never be made.

Conclusion

Many viewers would get excited if a second season of the Black Bullet anime was announced. Since there will be no Black Bullet Season 2, finishing the plot can only be done through the light novels. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that the writer will eventually finish the story.
