The LA Police Department confirmed in May that the sexual assault charges against rapper T.I. (Clifford Harris) & his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris were being investigated.
At least 30 made allegations against the accused beginning in 2005, and 17 of them came forward towards March to file formal complaints, prompting the probe.
According to their attorney, the plaintiffs have accused the pair of sex assault, drugging, and harassment to varied degrees.
Prosecutors have announced they will not be filing charges against the pair since the statute of limitations has passed. This is what we know at the moment.
A Woman Made Numerous Accusations Against T.I. & Tiny In January, And She Posted Them All On Instagram
Sabrina Peterson, an entrepreneur based in Atlanta, made the accusation in a Jan Instagram post, saying that T.I. “placed a pistol to [her] head.” (It’s hard to pin down a certain date for when this supposedly took place.)
According to Billboard, Peterson, a former friend of Tameka Harris’s, has shared additional accusations on her Instagram Post, including more than Thirty detailed statements via direct communications from individuals who allege T.I. and Tiny drug them and forced or pressured them into sex.
They both issued denials, and T.I. posted a 8 Instagram video chat the charges “egregious.” As a result of the couple’s public rejection of the charges Peterson brought up, Peterson has filed a defamation claim against them, saying that she has been harassed and received “threatening” communications from the couple’s supporters.

About Eleven More Claimed Victims Came Forward A Few Months Later
Tyrone A. Blackburn, an attorney for eleven plaintiffs, held a videoconference on March 1 in which he detailed the charges against the couple.
Rape, sexual abuse, seducing, kidnapping, false incarceration, coercion, assault, and harassment are just some of the claimed acts that occurred between 2005 and 2018.
The Daily Beast published an article highlighting two victims who are clients of Blackburn’s. According to one unnamed lady who met T.I. and Tiny at a L.a. nightclub in 2005, the couple allegedly asked her to her hotel room.
Rapper Tiny allegedly took the woman to the bathroom to “freshen up” after suggesting it to the woman. The victim claims T.I. sexually assaulted her with his foot after subjecting her to a series of unwanted massages and touches.
Rachelle Jenks, the second victim, reported a similar occurrence to Nevada authorities in 2010. The Daily Beast has obtained a story that alleges Jenks were drugged and compelled to engage in sexual activity with T.I. and other women so over course of several days in different locations, including Vegas, Angeles, and Miami.
According to letters Blackburn sent to Georgia and California state officials, obtained by Vulture, “over thirty women” have contacted his office with “eerily identical occurrences of sexual abuse, forced consumption of illegal substances, kidnapping, terroristic threats, and false incarceration.”
Blackburn urged California and Georgia officials to launch probes into the mounting allegations. After reaching out for comment, the Cut heard nothing back from Blackburn’s office.

Several Days Later, Six More Claimed Victims Came Forward
The Daily Beast claimed that six more victims have come forward to seek charges after the March 1 statement. According to one woman, she initially met the pair when she was just 17 years old.
She claims that Tiny offered her certain medications and alcohol that make her feel “hot and sweaty.”
She says she blacked out, woke up “naked on a bed… bleeding from her vagina” and “had discomfort in her anus” the following morning, and then passed out again. Medical professionals found “trauma to her bumhole owing to strong anal penetration” after she went there.

The Lapd Has Now Announced That It Won’t Be Filing Charges Against The Pair
The LAPD case involving T.I. and Tiny ended on September 16. Court records obtained by Vulture reveal that prosecutors’ decision not to file charges was based on the lapse of the statute of limitations.
(It is believed that the incident in question took place in 2005. The time restriction on filing a sexual abuse claim in California is ten years. The case is rejected owing to expiration, the paperwork says, without the merits and shortcomings of the material being examined.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Harrison are delighted, but not shocked, by the County Attorney’s choice to dismiss these show that the defendant claims,” attorney Shawn Holley told Vulture.
