Police Identified The Child Who Was Shot And Killed In Northeast Washington, DC,

A report of shots fired in the neighbourhood prompted the police to respond shortly before 4:00 a.m. to Quincy Street Northeast, which is located off of Michigan Avenue Northeast. A young youngster was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds and having been shot at the spot.

According to the investigation conducted by the detectives, a guy who was inside a home on Quincy Street reported hearing noises and observing a person who appeared to be tampering with cars. The man proceeded to further explore the situation by going outdoors while armed with a legal firearm.

According to the police report, a conversation took place between a little boy and the adult. During the course of the exchange, the man shot the child. After that, the child was transferred to a local hospital, where it was determined that he had passed away.
