Rapper Lil Keed, whose real name was Raqhid Render, passed away not long ago. At the time of his passing, he had only turned 24 years old.
In the summer of 2022, the rapper was slated to play at a number of performances, one of which being the Daze in Blue festival. He was also slated to perform at a show over the Memorial Day weekend in Cairo, Georgia.

Slatt Rock was the first single that Lil Keed released, and it featured Paper Lovee. The track was released in July of 2018. Both he and his brother, Lil Gotit, had guest appearances on Lil Uzi Vert’s song “Heavy Metal,” and in December of 2018, Keed released a mixtape titled “Keed Talk to ‘Em.”
After then, in March 2019, Keed was a featured artist on Lil Gotit’s song “Drop the Top,” and in the same month, he also released a new song titled “Move It.” After that, he issued two additional songs, titled Oh My God and Proud of Me.
Pull Up was Keed’s next single, and it was released in May of 2019, immediately followed by his debut studio album, titled Long Live Mexico, which was released in June of 2019.
This latter song peaked at number 26 on the Billboard 200 chart and featured contributions from Gunna, Lil Uzi Vert, Roddy Ricch, YNW Melly, and Young Thug.
Trapped on Cleveland 3 was his second studio album and was released in August of 2020. It had guest appearances from musicians such as 42 Dugg, Future, Gunna, Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla Sign, and Young Thug. After that, in August of the year 2020, he was inducted into the XXL Freshman Class of 2020.
In October of 2020, Keed issued a deluxe edition of the album Trapped on Cleveland 3, which featured an additional 18 tracks. In addition, O.T. Genasis, Quavo, Chris Brown, Lil Duke, Yak Gotti, and Lil Gotit made special cameos on the album.

YSL Rapper Lil Keed Cause Of Death Revealed
Since his untimely passing in May at age 24, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner has determined that eosinophilia was the underlying cause of YSL rapper Lil Keed’s death.
According to cancer.gov, eosinophilia is an uncommon disorder characterised by an abnormally high number of eosinophils, a type of white blood cell. TMZ stated that in the days leading up to his death, Lil Keed complained to friends about stomach troubles.
Eventually, one evening, he went to the hospital because of the discomfort; on the way there, he had a seizure, and doctors discovered that his liver and kidneys had begun to fail. The young rap star passed only a few hours later.
For four days before to his death, “he had been sick in bed with complains of stomach and back aches,” the coroner’s report states, as reported by People. According to the obituary, “the decedent’s brother noticed that his eyes were jaundiced and took him to the hospital in a private vehicle.”
LilGotit, another rapper, posted on Instagram after Keed’s death in the spring. Keed was one of seven children. “Can’t believe I seened u die today bro I did all my sobs I know what u want me to do and that’s go hard for Mama Daddy Our Brothers Naychur and Whiteboy,” Gotit said in a post with a photo of the siblings.
