Violent Christmas Weekend In Detroit Continues Into Monday

Two people were shot and killed in Detroit on Christmas Day, and police are currently investigating. At around 7:45 a.m., the Detroit Police Department was alerted that a body had been found near the corner of John R Street and Lantz Avenue.

Officers arriving on the scene discovered what seemed to be a shooting victim inside a vehicle. The EMS workers pronounced the subject dead at the scene. The investigators say they don’t know many details about the incident.

The second shooting happened in the Fenkell and Meyers area at around 1:30 p.m.

The police claim that when a man was leaving a gas station, he was ambushed by an unknown gunman who opened fire. They were serious enough to put the victim’s life in danger.

There, the authorities found out that McCants had been shot in a spot that had the potential to take his life.

The Metropolitan Police Department said that McCants had passed away as a result of his injuries after he was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The shooting took place at a different location, the particulars of which are still being figured out by the police.

On Sunday afternoon, at approximately 1:40 p.m., law enforcement authorities responded to the 6100 block of Boardwalk Boulevard where a second shooting had taken place. Miller apparently sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the police. The cause of Miller’s death was not immediately clear.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), an investigation into the circumstances behind both incidents is now underway, and there is currently no additional information available.

The first shooting reportedly took place on Wednesday at 10:39 a.m. in the 14800 block of Terry Street, which is located on the west side of the city, as stated by the local officials.

The investigators say that a white SUV of an older model drove up to the area and began firing shots into a property. The SUV was of an older type. The authorities claim that there were six people present inside the house at the time of the incident.

The police said that bullets caused injuries to two ladies, one of whom was 30 years old and the other of whom was 53 years old.

According to reports, the woman, who is 30 years old and has been shot once, was brought by medical professionals to a nearby hospital in a temporary serious condition after being wounded. She has apparently already been shot once.

After being evacuated away from the scene, the woman, who is 53 years old and has been shot twice, was reportedly brought by medical staff to a nearby hospital in a critical condition. The authorities claim that she was transported there.

Wilshire Drive Shooting

The local police said that there was a second gunshot that took place on Wednesday at 11 a.m. on the east side of the city in the 12300 block of Wilshire Drive. This incident took occurred on the east side of Wilshire Drive.

The victim, who was 33 years old, allegedly got into a confrontation with another person, and while they were arguing, the other person pulled out a pistol and shot the victim. This information comes from the authorities.
