Trump Rages After Ex-Prosecutor Reveals ‘Many Bits And Pieces Of Evidence’ To Indict

Mark Pomerantz, who served as a senior prosecutor on the team that investigated former President Donald Trump and his organization’s business dealings, stated that there are “many bits and pieces of evidence”

that the Manhattan district attorney could use to bring criminal charges against the former president. Pomerantz was a member of the team that investigated Trump and his organisation.

The comments were made by Pomerantz during an interview with “60 Minutes” in which he was promoting a new book about his time spent investigating Trump. In the book,

Pomerantz compares Trump to John Gotti, the head of the Gambino organised crime family, also known as the “Teflon Don,” who passed away in prison in 2002. Pomerantz’s comments were promoting the book.

“Would the case have been indicted if it didn’t involve Donald Trump or a previous president of the United States?

If you took the exact same activity and made it about someone else, what do you think would have happened? If they had done so, the crime would have been indicted in an instant “Pomerantz shared his thoughts with Bill Whitaker of CBS News.

Letitia James, the attorney general of New York, has filed a civil lawsuit against Donald Trump, the Trump Organization, and his three eldest children, alleging that they

Pomerantz left his position as District Attorney over a year before these charges surfaced against him. The publication of his latest book has resulted in criticism coming from the Office of the District Attorney in Manhattan, Alvin Bragg.

According to CNN’s reporting, Bragg’s office requested to study the book prior to its publication in order to guarantee that it would not disclose evidence gathered from a grand jury.

“After carefully reviewing all of the evidence from Mr. Pomerantz’s investigation, I came to the same conclusion as several senior prosecutors involved in the case, and also those I brought on: more work was needed,

” Bragg said in a statement to CNN. “I came to the same conclusion as several senior prosecutors involved in the case, and also those I brought on.” To put it another way, Mr. Pomerantz’s jet was not in a state where it could take off.

A judge in New York levied a judgement of $1.6 million on the Trump Organization in January for running a tax fraud scheme that lasted for years. Both Trump Corporation and Trump Payroll Corporation were found guilty of 17 felony charges in 2017,

including tax fraud and making false statements in business records. Trump himself was never accused of a crime or found guilty of one.

“Sinister And Evil”: Trump Rages

Donald Trump has hinted at his defence strategy in the event that the Department of Justice investigates the House select committee’s referral of criminal charges for insurrection.

Trump asserted, despite contradictory testimony from several witnesses, that he honestly believed the 2020 election was illegitimate, despite the committee’s recommendation to prosecute him and some of his closest associates for their attempts to overturn his election defeat, which was released on January 6.

Trump wrote on his Truth Social site, “I see where the Unselect Committee, utilising the Democrats’ favourite weapon, DISINFORMATION,” in an attempt to prove that he “didn’t genuinely believe I won the Election.”

“This is just untrue. Even as time passed, my certainty that the 2020 presidential election was rigged and stolen only grew.”

‘Now, with all the tremendous evidence that has come to light, including the new FBI withholding of Election altering information, I was 100% RIGHT!’ he exclaimed.

Newly released internal records refute the ex-assertions president’s that Twitter censored news reporting about Hunter Biden’s laptop due to pressure from the FBI, despite his insistence that such disclosures would have lost Joe Biden millions of votes.

Trump Ominously Evokes Jan. 6, Tells Backers It’s Time To ‘Deal With’ FBI, DOJ ‘Thugs’

Donald Trump was criticised for yet another round of threats and incitement on Saturday after he evoked the uprising that took place on January 6 of the previous year and then told his supporters that it is now time for the FBI and Justice Department “thugs” to be “dealt with.” This prompted further condemnation for Trump’s actions.

The menacing tweets were seen as a blatant dog whistle to his followers, many of whom are armed, according to critics. During the election in 2016, Trump received support from approximately 62% of gun owners.

According to the evidence presented during the trial, Trump’s Oath Keeper supporters had a “massive stockpile” of weapons stashed in the area around Washington, District of Columbia, on January 6, 2018, in order to provide support for the president in the event that he attempted to seize control of the government and remain in power.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump made the unsubstantiated claim that the FBI was “definitely” involved in a “organised effort to influence election results” to ensure that he came in second place in the election.

That justifies the violent “protest” that took place at the United States Capitol on January 6 of last year, he claimed, despite the fact that approximately one thousand people have been indicted for offences linked to the insurrection that took place on that day.

As a response, Trump fans on Truth Social blasted the FBI, calling its agents members of “organised crime” and comparing them to the “gestapo.” This could put the lives of FBI officers in danger among Trump followers.

The editor in charge of legal affairs at Conde Nast, Luke Zaleski, referred to the harsh message that Trump sent as the “same speech he gave on January 6.”

Zaleski stated in a tweet that “He is repeating the rhetoric that incites violence against the United States, and his thugs know what it means to’must be dealt with.'”
