Documents acquired by People magazine indicate that Kenya initially filed for divorce in March, but has now filed an RFO for Support after Gary allegedly stopped paying the tens of thousands of dollars in monthly support she and the children had been receiving.
“While I was trying to come to an amicable solution with my husband… he has sadly left me with no choice but to submit this RFO for Support,” Duke wrote in the legal declaration.
