Who Won Grammys 2023 ,With Seven Grammys, Beyoncé Sets A New Record.

With nine nods, the singer had the most of any performer at that year’s Grammys. Beyoncé’s 88 nominations in her career are a new record; Jay-Z, her husband, now shares the record after receiving five nominations this year.

The pop star won two Grammys at the Premiere Ceremony, tying her with Quincy Jones for the most wins with 28.

During the live broadcast, she also won best R&B song for “CUFF IT,” tying the late conductor Georg Solti for the most awards ever won by a living artist at 31.

She was late to the ceremony and missed the award presentation because she got stuck in the notorious Los Angeles traffic.

However, host Trevor Noah still managed to surprise her with a Grammy while she was in the audience. Eventually, she won the award for best dance/electronic album for Renaissance, giving her a grand total of 32 Grammys—one more than Solti.

Loretta Lynn, who passed away in October, Christine McVie, the singer-songwriter for Fleetwood Mac, who passed away in November, and Takeoff, the rapper for the Migos, who was shot and killed in November, were also honored at the ceremony.

Viola Davis became only the third Black woman in history to become an EGOT winner. In addition, a lineup of musicians at the Grammys marked the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop, which was met with enthusiastic applause and cheers from the audience.

Beyoncé Has Set A New Record

With 32 Grammys to her name, Beyoncé has set a new record. She took home the trophy for Best R&B Song for “Cuff it,” as well as the Best Dance/Electronic Album trophy for Renaissance.

Kendrick Lamar, on the other hand, has a string of victories tonight. Against stiff competition from acts like Coldplay/”My BTS’s Universe” and ABBA, Sam Smith and Kim Petras took home the award for Best Pop Duo Performance.

With her Grammy victory, transgender performer Kim Petras made history. Winner of the Grammy for Album of the Year is Lizzo.
