Fauda Season 4 Synopsis

The third season was full with exciting moments, including Doron and his team’s successful invasion of Gaza and elimination of the terrorist Bashar Hamdan. But unfortunately, throughout this procedure, Avihai and Yaara both perish, leaving everyone’s future, and especially Doron’s, in limbo.

Filming Locations For The “Fauda” Series

During the Israeli–Gaza conflict that took place in 2014, the majority of the first and second seasons of the show Fauda were filmed in Kafr Qasim, which is located in the country of Israel.

The West Bank, which is a landlocked country bordering the Mediterranean coast of Western Asia, served as another location for the filming, as did the areas surrounding it.

Filming Locations For The “Fauda” Series

The Gaza Strip, which is located on the eastern bank of the Mediterranean Sea, served as the primary location for the most majority of the filming that was done for the third season.

This location is located quite some distance away from the locations where the first and second seasons of the show were filmed.

Kafr Qasim, Israel
For the purpose of filming the sequences of the first season of ‘Fauda’ that took place on the West Bank, the cast and crew of the show gathered in the Israeli Arab village of Kfar Qasim. The production included the contributions of close to 150 crew members from both the Arab world and Israel.

It was merely a coincidence, but not long after they started filming, the conflict between Israel and Gaza in 2014 broke out, and rockets started dropping from the sky across the entirety of the region.

In the beginning, this did provide the creators, Raz and Issacharoff, some cause for concern for obvious reasons; but, the mayor of the town made sure that their filming was not disrupted in any way, shape, or form by it later on.

Even the citizens of the town, who stood to benefit from the project, defended the status quo and the social compact in order to assure that nothing would stand in the way of its filming. This was done to ensure that nothing would impede the production of the movie.

Gaza Strip
It was reported in March 2019 by The Time of Israel that production on the third season of ‘Fauda’ has begun in Gaza. The news was published in March 2019.

The news website also released a brief interview with the show’s creator, Avi Issacharoff. In the interview, Issacharoff indicated that fans will experience an entirely new atmosphere while watching the third season of the show. The interview was published on the news website.

In addition to this, he stated that “What we’re attempting to accomplish is more or less to preserve the sense of ‘Fauda’… “but to do it in a different way, to modify something, not to continue with the same characters, and to break the rhythm a little bit,” she said. “What we’re trying to accomplish is more or less to preserve the sense of ‘Fauda’.”
