What Makes The Third Episode Of Snowfall, Season 6, So Thrilling?

A third episode of Season 6 of Snowfall will premiere on FX this Wednesday, as many of you may already know. Our eager anticipation should be obvious.

After all, it appears that Leon and Wanda will play a significant role in the plot development, and this fact is currently being emphasised. Remember that even these two were absent in Africa for the first two seasons, so they were technically AWOL.

I mean, what are you bringing to a table that could pay off right now? When ranked among the most important factors, we place the importance of perspective above anything else.

Having seen it all, these two individuals know that the value of human connections much exceeds that of material possessions or political influence.

Simply Put, I Did Not Anticipate That

Might they become peacemakers when they return to Los Angeles? It’s intriguing to think about, but we additionally have had to accept the fact that Jerome, Frank, and Louie may have become too far gone to recover.

Since the current disagreements are so entrenched, it’s possible that no one will ever be able to reach them.

It is crucial that someone survives to tell the tale of what happened in this planet, therefore of course we hope Leon and Wanda will do so. Leon and Wanda seem like the best possible survivors if other characters have to go.

Don’t let anything make you forget that season 6 of Snowfall is a tragedy; there will always be a sad undercurrent, no matter how the remainder of the episodes play out in terms of isolated plot points.

There Is A Wedding In Ghana For Leon And Wanda

In the beginning of the episode, Leon is shown in Accra, Ghana, scouring the streets for Winnie (Gail Bean). He looks happy than ever, and so when he finally finds the one who completes his life, he finds her doing her grocery shopping at the farmers market.

After the couple has kissed and hugged, Leon notices a sign with a quote by Ghana’s leader Jerry Rawlings: “The sins of the present must be remedied in order to regain the faith of our citizens in a secure future.”

Leon is considering a move back to Los Angeles, and that remark is giving him pause. Wanda is aware of this, and she emphasises that she has nowhere to go in the United States.

Ghana is the first place outside the United States where she has truly felt “free” and accepted. Leon concurs with her admiration of the African country and says he would give remaining there some serious thought.

At a later time, Leon and Wanda visit a castle that was once used to house and sell African slaves.

The former dealer realises that certain Africans contributed to the sale and destruction of their own people, something he compares to the poisoning of his community using crack cocaine. This motivates him to fly back to LA and try to mend things.

As she did before, Wanda objects to returning. In any case, Leon is successful in persuading her to accompany him because of their recent nuptials on the beach.

Fighting Between Franklin, Louie, And Jerome Has Finally Broken Out

Following their return to LA, Leon and Wanda immediately head to the ghetto. While helping the newlyweds with their luggage, Einstein (Kamron Alexander) fills them in on the latest goings-on with Benjamin (Damson Idris), Lou (Angela Lewis), and Jerome (Amin Joseph).

Leon can’t believe his uncle became violent with Franklin after he robbed her aunt and uncle. Then Einstein recounts how from there on forward, things were only bleaker.

First, Jerome with Louie are shot at while leaving a high-end hotel, but they manage to get away unscathed. Franklin’s estate office is blown up by a gang of gunmen as vengeance. Benjamin or Kane (DeVaughn Wilson), it’s never clear who’s guilty, retaliate by opening fire on Louie & Jerome’s club.

In reference to Kane, Einstein reveals that Deon’s (Quincy Chad) nephew was murdered in a barbershop by someone with ties to Kane.

While Kane’s men were having their car cleaned, Deon opened fire on them in retaliation. After that, Franklin tried to attack Deon while he was using a public restroom.

Leon and Wanda find this entire situation to be completely implausible. To her mind, it’s unclear why the pair decided to come back to the city and get themselves into this situation.
