NousGalia, the Father In heaven and Lord of Order, has been wreaking havoc on the world for millennia, including an attempted sexual assault of the Grand Spirits Mother, Leno, to generate divine progeny.
Lucky for Leno, Anos Voidigoad and Shin Reglia showed there just in time to temporarily kill the God and offer Shin’s formidable sword as additional protection for Leno’s journeys.
Even two thousand years later, God the Father is still talking about his Son, but this time he’s wreaking havoc now at Demon King’s College. NousGalia puts in motion multiple conflicts for Anos & his crew to undergo by calling forth the minions of the 4 Evil Royals.
“The Demon King’s Duel Of Intellect” Is The First Episode Of Season 2
Anos Voldigoad and Ziek Ozma set the rules of their duel, and decide to make it a war of wits to level the playing field a bit, whereas a bloodsoaked Melheis (also spelt Meleheyth) lingers inside the backdrop, frozen in time one instant after death.
Although Ziek guarantees accurate replies, he reserves the ability to tell a single falsehood, and Anos will have eighteen chances to estimate whichever of his minions is the Children of God (which the assured Demonic King widdles down to only nine possible predictions). If Anos gives up, his power will be unable to be used for 5 seconds.
The Necron sisters Misa and Zeshia are the first people Anos should ask, as they are the most likely culprits, according to Ziek. He then questions them one by one, eventually getting permission to suspect Misa while Anos seems keen to keep Zeshia in the race.
Anos’s suspicions were confirmed after Ziek said the Children of God has Demons Eyes of Destruction but isn’t a Demon:-Spirit hybrid, ruling out the aforementioned women as potential perpetrators.
Anos accuses Ziek of deceit because it is impossible to determine and eliminate the erroneous answer, despite his best efforts. Ziek has been dishing out the “facts” based on a false implanted memory, and Anos is doomed to fail from the start.
Anos, fed up with these childish mind games, concedes the contest and, shockingly, sacrifices Melheis while Ziek readies himself to deal damage. But this is the all:-powerful Demon King, who figured Melheis was the first target, so he created a clone of the Demon Elder & tricked Ziek into thinking he was safe.
When the Blaze Death King’s minion realises he’s been tricked, he tries to take his own life. Fortunately, Anos is able to resurrect him as a friendly owl.

Season 2, Episode 2:- “Borne Of Great Spirit”
Gerad Azrema claims that Misa Ilioroagu has the blood of the Great Spirit Leno coursing through her veins, lending incredible value to her status as the Source. While Lay Glanzudlii takes the weight of the terrible, Source:-destroying curse, Gerad, wielding half of a Looting Sword Gilionojes as Well as the Magic Shield Gennias, slays the strongest swordsman in existence.
Fortunately for Lay, he has access to a number of Sources and can manage to sacrifice a few if necessary—a crucial fact that Kaihilam Jiste’s goon disregarded. After losing this duel, Gerad joins the growing list of people who have committed suicide.

Episode 3, Season 2:- “Born Of A God”
The magical conflict begins while the Necron sisters & Rinka Theornes argue over whether or not the Gods were involved in their creation (or at least Misha’s).
Sasha engulfs her enemy in fire and unleashes her Demons Eyes of Destruction, but the invisible, transformational force of the Free Sword Garmest, which penetrates deep into Sasha’s body, ultimately proves too much for her.
Misha suddenly appears with some cold chains, but she also takes a terrible stab to the side, leaving her with just enough strength to (nearly instantly) conjure forth the Divine Delsegard.
The King of the Netherworld’s adjutant opens up a can of worms when he wonders if Misha is a Children of God who has “awakened” by doing such astounding magic, but he is quickly devoured by Ice Crystals and changed into a meaningless snowflake.

Episode 4 of Season 2:- “Born Of Godly Magic”
Zabro Gaze’s confrontation with Eleonore and Zeshia, accompanied by his zombified army, has all the hallmarks of a necromantic mad scientist’s work. While Zabro rants about the Gods, the Holy Mother immediately reverses Gore Grum’s effects, releasing the Source from their decaying prison.
According to the Lieutenant of the Scarlet Monument King, a Divine Presence was required to construct Eleonore’s vessel, and she in turn gave birth to Zeshia, who “coincidentally” had enough strength to “carry those power of the Gods.”
Zabro uses modified Igrams spells to reanimate the “Gools,” overwhelming the girls numerous castle:-dwelling corpses. Eleonore & her daughter are being hunted by the sadist, who has activated Jino Gleanus in an attempt to drain their magical force.
However, Eleonore is able to muster enough power to cast Asc and create her own brand of magic. Using energy from her own Source, Eleonore casts a brand:-new spell that successfully cancels out Gore Grum’s effects and puts her attacker to his knees.

Episode 5, Season 2:- “The Value Of Tempo”
The pacing in “The Demon King’s Duel of Intellect” is much better than in the season two premiere, which served as a crash course in Misfit mythology and more. However, there is still a lot of information to take in one sitting.
Unaware readers of Light Novels are constantly upon their toes as the speculation surrounding the identity of the Child of God deepens and every possible contender seems to have a legitimate claim to the terrifying moniker.
The smooth transitions between fights heighten the tension (despite the fact that viewers know Anos will eventually come to the rescue) in each confrontation. The fact that Misha has awakened is fascinating, especially since she may suddenly be tougher than her sister, which may be too much for Sasha’s fragile ego to handle.
The episode 2 art seems to be a step down from the first, but Studio Silver Link scores big with exciting fight scenes.
