Haikyuu Season 5

“Haikyuu!!,” a beloved sports anime that has been around since 2014, features beautifully animated and drawn-out volleyball matches, shonen-style plots, and a diverse cast of interesting characters. While watching Karasuno High play volleyball on television, shy and spirited middle schooler Shyy Hinata becomes fascinated with the sport and tries to get his classmates to join him. While in middle school, some of his friends agreed to join him on the team so that they could compete in an event. Tobio Kageyama and his team, dubbed “The King of the Court,” defeat them despite redheaded Hinata’s vertical leap.

Karasuno High accepts Hinata as a student. The moment he joins the volleyball team, he learns that Kageyama, his long-time rival, has joined the squad as a teammate, too. Even though these two newcomers have an instant animosity for one another, their quick strike combo could help bring the spotlight back to the volleyball team at the school. It’s a four-season show about high school sports that feature rivalries between rival schools, a slew of new characters, trips to training camps, and actual competitions that test players’ abilities as well as their interpersonal relationships.

Haikyuu Season 5 Trailer

To avoid spoilers for those who only watch the anime, we won’t go into detail about what happens in Haikyuu Season 5, as that will be based on the manga. It’s safe to assume that since Haikyuu’s fourth season was based on chapters 207 to 293, season five will pick up with Chapter 294 and beyond of Haikyuu manga.

Considering that Chapter 402 is the manga’s final episode, the anime series could end with this as well.
