Jean Smart On Hack Season 3
Jean Smart, star of the critically acclaimed HBO Max series Hacks, has provided a positive update on the third season. While attending the Golden Globes on Tuesday night, Smart told Variety that she was currently in the middle of filming the third season of the show. The awards ceremony was her next stop after the shooting.
Saying, “I just came from shooting,” Smart explained his recent activities.
There will be a third season of Hacks on HBO Max, as was announced in June of last year. Jean Smart plays Deborah Vance, an older Las Vegas stand-up comedian who hires a vivacious young assistant and co-writer named Ava Daniels (Hannah Einbinder).

Can We Expect Hacks Season 3?
This is what we know about a possible third film. Up until this point, neither the creators nor HBO Max have commented publicly on the comedy-renewal drama’s or cancellation. On the other hand, you will be thrilled to hear the creators’ thoughts on the matter. Downs said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. “We feel like this is only the second chapter in a broader story that we want to tell.” When we first pitched the show, we told potential viewers how the series would finish, which was not in season two, episode eight.
Aniello echoed this sentiment, saying, “…But Paul and Jen and I are in the same space because we’re already meeting and talking about what we want to do going forward. We’re just so pumped that we can’t help but think of new ways to approach it creatively. Statsky, when asked the same thing, replied, “We have season 3 already!” We have a lot more. What we have in the works is something we are quite proud of.
The network, however, is rumoured to be waiting to make a call on the show’s future until until the second season’s ratings are in. The show’s renewal is now in limbo until a formal announcement is made. HBO Max (Raised By Wolves Season 3) was picked up for a third season in June 2021. Less than a month after the second season premiered.
In light of the foregoing, it seems likely that the show will be renewed rather than cancelled. Season 3 of “Hacks” is expected to premiere in May 2023. Assuming the third installment is given the go-ahead by the end of June 2022. Like it was last year, and production resumes soon after.

There is no need to clear your schedule for the Hacks 2023 debut dates just yet, as the release date for Season 3 of Hacks has not yet been confirmed. Seasons 1 and 2 of Hacks were released in May 2021 and May 2022. Respectively, thus a spring 2023 premiere is a reasonable expectation.
