A Man Is Shot And Killed Inside A Harlem Tobacco Shop

Harrowing video shows the moment a shooter walks into a smoking store in Harlem and shoots and kills a guy, blasting the innocent man in the skull.

At around 8 o’clock, police were called to 304 Lenox Ave., where they discovered the 36-year-old victim suffering from gunshot wounds. This incident is the latest in a spate of violence associated with New York City’s burgeoning business sector.

The victim, who has yet to be identified, was shot in the head and the back, say law enforcement officials. According to the authorities, he was transferred to NYC Healthcare and Hospitals/Harlem, where he was subsequently declared dead.

Moments after the shooting, the suspect with the 36-year-old got into an argument, police said.

The Suspect Attacked The Victim In What Way?

The Post has received video of the incident, which shows the shooter and victim chatting for a few seconds while many other guys watch. Video shows the victim getting up to go, but just as he does, the suspect pulls a revolver from his pocket and shoots, striking the guy in the head.

Before firing, the individual who opened fire is seen chatting with the person standing behind the victim.

The victim had fallen on the ground but had continued to move and showing signs of trying to get up when the shooter coldly aimed at his back and fired another shot.

After committing such a brutal act, the culprit walks out of the business as if nothing happened. He reportedly ran away from police while dressed in all black.

There have been no reported arrests. After shooting the man, the gunman strolled out of the smoke store as if nothing had happened. Employees at the Harlem store weren’t the only ones who had to call the cops that day.

Several onlookers could be spotted in the background of the footage as each of the men argued angrily. The victim looked to start moving away when the suspect pulled a gun from his jacket pocket and shot him in the back of the head, shown on camera.

When the victim fell to the ground, the shooter mercilessly pumped another bullet into his back as he struggled to get up. After the horrible attack, the suspect was observed walking peacefully out of the restaurant. According to the police, he escaped on foot while dressed in all black.

Someone said, “Why wouldn’t they?” and another person agreed. In response to this, one user said, “Why should humans have to live alongside these animals?”

At a public safety hearing on March 20th, a top cop reported an increase in robberies at stoner-friendly stores in New York City. Evidence at the scene, in the form of a bullet casing. There has been no progress in finding the shooter or apprehending him.

According to Police Director of Patrol John Chell, there has been a 10% rise in robberies targeting businesses that sell pot accessories and, in many cases, uncontrolled cannabis.
