Xiaomi to launch a powerful version of Redmi K30 — the Redmi K30 Pro.

Xiaomi has recently releases the Redmi K30 smartphone in China and now the Chinese technology company is about to launch a Pro version of the aforementioned model — the Redmi K30 Pro. After getting passed from Chinese 3C certification, the Redmi K30 Pro has also been confirmed by Xiaomi executives.

In the latest development surrounding the Redmi K30 Pro, Lu Weibing, Vice President of Xiaomi Global, has also confirmed the forthcoming Redmi K30 Pro smartphone and claimed that the device “has meticulous workmanship in addition to its powerful performance and configuration!”

Chan also posted a poll on Weibo asking Xiaomi fans of what type of front-facing selfie shooter do they like to incorporate in the Redmi K30 Pro, and the majority of fans who took the poll voted for the pop-up selfie camera system.

The latest leaked press images of the Redmi K30 Pro shows that the smartphone will indeed feature a pop-up selfie snapper, similar to that of the Redmi K20 Pro. As for the rear-facing camera, the Redmi K30 Pro will have a quad-lens Sony IMX686 “Oreo” sensors.

There are two Xiaomi smartphones with model numbers M2001J11E and M2001J11C passed through 3C certification process recently, which are suspected to be the Redmi K30 Pro models. The smartphone itself said to come powered by a 4,700mAh battery pack with 33W fast charging support.

Additionally, there were reports that the Redmi K30 Pro will be released with an OLED display. The device was also spotted on benchmarking app Geekbench, which suggests that it is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM.

With the smartphone passing the local certification authorities and Xiaomi’s higher ups confirming it, the Redmi K30 Pro should get officially announced in the coming days.
