Should that’s a time slot is too early for your body clock, NBC will also re-air the 2018 Winter Olympic Games Opening Ceremony event during primetime on Friday at 8 P.M. ET only at NBC.

The Winter Olympics organizers handed out blankets and heating pads to audiences.
The two-week Winter Olympic games will kick off with the highly anticipated Opening Ceremony. From the traditional Parade of Nations, to the very detailed choreographed performances, the Opening Ceremony is a several-hour event filled with once in a a blue moon moments.

Following the Parade of Nations, several Winter Olympic traditions will be executed, including: South Korea’s head of state declaring the much awaited Winter Olympic games open, the Olympic flag being raised, Olympic oaths taken by an athlete, judge and coach.
Moreover, the Opening Ceremony will then continue with the torch relay and, naturally, a grand fireworks display to wrap out the first day of the Olympic.
