Now that Walmart Black Friday 2017 deals that will be on sale starting on Thanksgiving are already confirmed. Apart from some exciting revelations to be offered on that day, we now have all Walmart’s biggest Black Friday deals on Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy smartphones, Xbox One and PS4 consoles, LED HDTVs and 4K Smart UHD TVs and other more interesting tech discounts. But how do Walmart’s Black Friday deals this year compare to competing rivals like Amazon, Target, Best Buy, Kmart and Kohl’s.
Walmart’s 32-page 2017 Black Friday ad has officially arrived. Walmart Black Friday 2017 sales will start in-stores doorbusters at six o’clock in the evening of Thanksgiving Thursday and doors remain open throughout the Black Friday night.
Walmart’s Black Friday online sales, meanwhile, will officially scheduled to kick off on Thanksgiving at 12:01 AM ET, but we wouldn’t be shocked to see some of those sales go live ahead, so keep an eyes on Walmart.com.

Sharp 55-inch 4K (2160P) Smart LED UHD TV — $298
This is not the most affordable price for a 55-inch 4K Smart UHD TV for this year’s Black Friday sales, but it could be the most noteworthy as it comes from one of the popular name brand in consumer electronics industry. Best Buy has a promotion on Toshiba 55-inch 4K LED UHD TV for only $279.99. Rival Target has a Westinghouse 55-inch 4K Smart UHD TV for just $249.99, but we are convince that this one is the best overall TV deal when accounting for the price, OEM, and model. Inventory will be limited so shoppers will need to move fast for this deal.
Element 39-inch HD (720P) Smart LED TV — $125
Walmart has the cheapest 2017 Black Friday TV deal for a 39-inch size. While it is not a 4K model and Element is not a popular brand as to Samsung, Sharp and Toshiba, this deal remains at a solid price for a television set of this size.
Google Home Mini + $25 Coupon — $29 ($20 savings)
Almost all the national retailers are offering the Google Home Mini smart speaker for just $29, a $20 direct discount on its price tag from regular price of $49. The difference between Walmart and the competition it that the former includes a $25 coupon when ordering at Walmart.com and purchasing it through Google Express. This makes the net price down to only $4. Other chains, like Target, are including a free $10 store gift card, but Walmart’s Black Friday deal on Google Home Mini is the best offer you can get. It should be worth noting that Walmart is not offering Echo lineups at discount this Black Friday.

Sony PlayStation 4 1TB — $199 ($100 savings)
This is a quite identical bargains as to most retailers this Black Friday. However, membership warehouses BJ’s Wholesale Club and Costco is offering the PS4 (console only) for $189. While the best PS4 deal is Kohl’s which is offering the same promotion on the gaming system, it comes with $60 in Kohl’s Cash. That’s the deal to grab.
Sony PS4 GranTurismo Sport VR Bundle — $299 ($100 savings)
Released earlier this month, the Sony PS4 GranTurismo Sport Virtual Reality (VR) Bundle is now on sale for $299 at Walmart. While many other discount retailers have this same deal, Walmart’s price is $0.99 less than competing chains.
Microsoft Xbox One S 500GB — $189 ($90 savings)
The standard price for the Black Friday Xbox One S 500GB gaming console is $189.99 for this year, so again Walmart’s deal is $0.99 cheaper than most of the rivals. But Kohl’s again grabs the spotlight by promoting the gaming system for $189.99 but comes with free $45 in Kohl’s Cash.
Nintendo Switch Console with Neon Blu, Neon Red Joy-Con and Carrying Case — $313.99
This is not actually a typical Black Friday deal, and no retailers have a significant discounts on the Nintendo Switch on this year — not a single penny. Instead the headline of this item is inventory is finally increasing, which means it is much easier than ever to score a Switch console or bundle. Get the Nintendo Switch with a carrying case for only $313.99 or just the console itself for only $299.

Apple’s iPhone X, iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus — Free $300 Gift Card
Apple Store is not the best place when buying an iPhone or an iPad during Black Friday. Walmart is currently the only retailer that offers a $300 store gift card when purchasing an iPhone X in-store. Walmart’s wholly-owned subsidiary Sam’s Club had the same deal during its One-Day Only Sale event last November 11th. No other discount retailers are matching it on Black Friday except for Walmart.
The next best Black Friday deal is Target’s that is throwing away $250 gift card when activating the iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus, so Walmart has the best Black Friday Apple iPhone deal this year.
Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, or Galaxy S8 Plus — Free $300 Gift Card
Similar to Apple smartphones, this is also the top gift card deal for this year for the Samsung’s 2017 flagships, but Best Buy arguably has a better deal on Samsung smartphones. Best Buy is offering $300 direct discount on all of those handsets.
While shopping for a Black Friday LED HDTV or 4K Smart UHD TV, iPhone or Galaxy smartphone, Xbox One or PS4 console it should be worth remembering the least exciting part of shopping online — shipping. Walmart is requiring a $35 minimum order to take advantage of its free two day shipping promotion. The standout is Target and Best Buy which is offering free shipping without minimum order requirements on Black Friday as well as on Cyber Monday 2017. In addition to this remember to check Walmart.com for your local Walmart store map. Walmart will publish local store maps. The map will include the specific locations of the most big ticket doorbuster items within each location store.
