Following the most recent season the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks squared off in one of the harder engaged defensive fights in the 2016 NFL season. The Vikings went head-to-head with the feared Seahawks and the latter outscored the former in that matchup. It was a 10-9 lead with the contest twisting down and all the Vikings lacked was just a field goal to win.
The former Vikings player kicker Blair Walsh, who is now a member of the Seahawks, executed all eight of his attempts including two field goals and six extra points in their Week 1 preseason opening offensive explosion game. While a kicker facing his former organization doesn’t normally yield much interest, it could when two football clubs’ defense clash.
Now, the Week 2 of the 2017 NFL preseason is rapidly approaching and the Minnesota Vikings are looking to maintain their momentum and keep on their 2017 NFL preseason unbeaten record after winning the opener over the Buffalo Bills last week.
[agg-ad id=”442″ align=”center”][agg-ad id=”834″ align=”center”]The Vikings opponent in the tonight’s exhibition is no other than the Legion of Bloom, who are one of the top favorites in the league to rebound to postseason and secure an NFL Playoffs berth this season and should be an outstanding game – even this is just a preseason contest — for the first team offense and defense of the Minnesota.
Both teams’ fans would want to watch or listen to this exhibition game to see how the their respective organization is coming along, how the competitions for the starting jobs are going, and which of the newly acquired (via draft) young core players will be impactful enough to secure a longer look from the the franchises’ brass and coaching staffs.
Here is all the details you need to know for the second week game of the 2017 NFL Preseason campaign, including the national coverage, local channels, radio stations, start time and more:
