Alaska Airlines extends early boarding for Seattle Seahawks fans wearing superstar quarterback Russell Wilson jersey No. 3.

The fans of Seattle Seahawks superstar quarterback Russell Wilson are set to score this year, not just in the Fantasy Football, but also when they book and fly with the Alaska Airlines. Anyone wearing the Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson’s No. 3 jersey on flights departing from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport are officially entitled to board early.

The Alaska Airlines announced the return of the promotion on Friday, August 11, which continues through the entire 2017 NFL regular season.

“As Seattle’s hometown airline, we are happy to once again extend this perk to our guests for the 2017 season,” said Natalie Bowman, Alaska Airlines’ managing director of brand and marketing communications, in a press release. “We invite all Seattle sports fans to join us in cheering Russell and the team on to a winning record.”

Serving in his fifth year as the Alaska Airlines’ “Chief Football Officer,” the carrier has donated more than $700,000 to Russell Wilson’s supported charities, including the Seattle Children’s Hospital Foundation, Strong Against Cancer as well as his own charity institution — the Wilson’s Why Not You Foundation, according to Centrio News. These non-profit organizations work to end pediatric cancer and improve the lives of youths living in Seattle.

When asked about his ideal vacation destination in an employee Q&A on Alaska Airlines’ blog, the veteran quarterback said that he’s excited by the unknown. “My favorite places to vacation are places I have never been. I love to explore and learn new things. There is so much out there I still want to see,” Russell Wilson said.

The 2017 NFL regular-season campaign will mark Russell Wilson’s sixth season as the Seattle Seahawks franchise starting quarterback. Wilson was a third-rounder draft pick way back in the 2012 NFL Draft out of the University of Wisconsin.
